Proceed from Ipswich on the A1214 towards Colchester. At the traffic lights by the Holiday Inn turn right onto the A1071 signposted to Hadleigh. At the next roundabout take the first exit onto Swan Hill signposted Washbrook. On entering Washbrook there is a sharp left bend and then turn right onto The Street. After 200 yards bear right onto Back Lane, passing The Brook Inn on the right hand side. Chimneys can be found on the left hand side after approximately 100 yards. You will see a double garage in front of the house where parking is avaiable.

Proceed along the Ipswich road and join the A12 following the signs to Ipswich. Stay on the A12 for about 8 miles until the turnoff to Washbrook. At the roundabout take the first exit and follow the road round to the right. Keep going until the end and take the left lane signposted all routes. Follow the road round to the left and take the first left into Washbrook. After about 200 yards bear right passing The Brook Inn on the right hand side. Chimneys is approximately 100 yards on the left hand side
My Office
On arrival, you will see a gate adjacent to the garage. Go through the gate, into the garden and turn right where you will see a door into my office to the rear of the garage.
